During the past summer, Jordan Brand introduced one of its most successful hybrid models, the Jordan MVP 678. This model combines standout features from the sneakers worn by Michael Jordan during his first three-peat championship run. The latest iteration of this high-top model pays homage to the Chicago Bulls with a dark and moody “Shadow Grey” color scheme.
The upper features the trademark nubuck treatment, enveloped in the subdued “Shadow Grey” hue, extending from the laces and tongue construction to the ribbed heel counter. The dark theme is contrasted with sporadic “Sail” accents on the midsole, and a touch of “University Red” adds a hint of Chicago flair to the marbled heel, outsole, and the Jumpman logo on the collar.
This “Shadow” version of the women’s exclusive Jordan MVP 678 is expected to hit the market before the end of the year, with a retail price of $165. Official images of the pair are available for a sneak peek.
