SSENSE is marking its 20th anniversary with a special event called “SSENSEXX,” and as part of this celebration, they are releasing a collaboration with Salomon on October 19th. The collaborative product in focus is the XT-6, set to launch on the same date.

In early October, SSENSE, Montreal’s prominent fashion retailer, unveiled their special anniversary project known as SSENSEXX, designed to celebrate their 20th year in the fashion industry. This initiative has attracted the participation of several top brands, hinting at an array of exciting sneaker releases within this exclusive collection, including the highly-anticipated Salomon XT-6.

Featuring Gore-Tex technology, this iteration of the XT-6 faithfully adheres to the trail-to-street icon’s original design. It harmoniously blends a rugged upper in dark brown and dark olive hues with a burst of vibrancy seen in neon green and striking blue accents on the midsole. What sets these sneakers apart from the standard XT-6 silhouette is the incorporation of Gore-Tex, offering enhanced protection against the elements, a crucial feature as we approach the harsher months of the year, especially for SSENSE’s Canadian customers.

SSENSE has officially confirmed to Sneaker News that this special XT-6 release is scheduled for October 19th and will be exclusively available on xx.ssense.com.
