From exploring the swamps with Shrek to soaring above Orbit City with The Jetsons, the Colorado-based brand has embarked on another exciting journey, this time to Radiator Springs, teaming up with the beloved tow truck, Mater, for a collaborative endeavor.
Much like its Lightning McQueen counterpart released in August, this new Pixar collaboration faithfully translates the entire character of Tow Mater onto the immensely popular Crocs Clog silhouette. You’ll immediately recognize Mater’s iconic windshield eyes, buckteeth, and exposed engine on the forefoot, while the heel is an exact replica of the stickers and tires that define Mater’s undercarriage. Moreover, the pivot heel straps feature tow hook details, and a “Slate Grey” treatment provides a striking contrast to the tan-brown upper on the footbed and tread.
The Pixar x Crocs Clog “Mater” is currently available at select stores for a retail price of $60. Official images of the pair can be found ahead.
